The Basic Gong Workshop is a full day dedicated to discovering, listening to, and playing this extraordinary ancestral instrument.
Through theory, practice and meditation, participants will have the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the vibrations of the Gong , perceiving how its tones can awaken their internal energy, promote deep relaxation and promote a journey of self-healing .
A unique experience, designed for small groups (max 12 people), which combines technical learning, sensory exploration, and connection with the primordial vibration of sound.

The Gong is not just a musical instrument: it is a vehicle for inner transformation .
Its sounds, expanding in space, resonate with the body, mind and energy field, promoting relaxation, harmonization and opening of consciousness .
At gentle volumes it generates alpha and theta brainwaves, while at more intense levels it requires awareness and presence , guiding the experience towards a harmonious return to balance.

During the 8-hour workshop, you will explore:

The day offers an intuitive, respectful and practical approach, inspired by the teachings of Don Conreaux and reworked for paths of meditation, well-being and personal growth.
