Handpan In-Depth Workshop
This workshop is for those who have already mastered the basics and wish to take their handpan practice to a deeper and more comprehensive level. During the session, Daniele will guide participants through three fundamental pillars of handpan music:
🎼 Structuring Music on the Handpan
An in-depth study of rhythm, harmony, and melody applied to the instrument. Compositional possibilities and the delicate balance between percussiveness and lyrical quality will be explored, allowing for greater coherence and fluidity in one's compositions.
👐 Coordination and Independence
Practical techniques for developing performance freedom and control, working on hand autonomy in phrasing and accompaniment. An ideal course for those wishing to expand their musical vocabulary.
🌀 Polyrhythms and Rhythmic Interlockings
Study of polyrhythmic patterns and interlockings to enrich musical expressiveness, creating dynamic textures and more complex structures.
Instruments available on site for those who do not yet own a Handpan.
Daniele brings with him a wealth of artistic experience: with an academic background in piano and percussion, he has successfully blended technique and musical sensitivity into a unique and engaging approach.

The day will conclude with a unique concert, where melody and rhythm meet in a universal language. Daniele, a musician who has loved music since childhood, combines the elegance of the piano and the power of percussion into a single, resonant voice: the handpan.
After years of study at conservatories of higher education in art and music, he found this instrument to be the perfect medium to express his full artistic vision.
