Hans Cousto derived this frequency from a theoretical principle: a hypothetical planet orbiting the Sun at the speed of light. The sound of the Sun — a calculation beyond physics
Unlike every other planetary gong, the Sun's frequency wasn't derived from an observable orbit. Hans Cousto calculated it theoretically — starting from an imaginary planet that would orbit the Sun at the speed of light. The result: 63.11 Hz — note B1.
