The kalimba is a traditional musical instrument originating from Africa. It consists of a wooden or metal board on which metal slats of various lengths are mounted. Each blade produces a different sound when struck with the thumb or other fingers. It is great for sound healing therapy, meditation and yoga, even teachers can use them to gather a classroom.
